Account & Data Deletion Request
We value your privacy and control over your personal data. You can delete your GetRide account and associated data at any time.
Method 1: Direct In-App Deletion
If the app is installed on your device, you can delete your account directly in seconds:
For Passenger App:
- Open the GetRide Passenger app and log in.
- Tap on "Profile" from the bottom navigation bar.
- Select "Personal Information".
- Scroll down and tap the red "Delete My Account" button.
- Confirm the deletion in the confirmation dialog.
For Driver / Carrier App:
- Open the GetRide Driver app and log in.
- Navigate to "Profile".
- Select "Personal Info".
- Tap "Delete Account" at the bottom and confirm.
Method 2: Web-Based Account & Data Deletion Form
If you uninstalled the application or cannot access your device, submit the form below to request deletion of your account and data.
What Data Is Deleted?
Upon deletion, the following personal data is permanently wiped from our active systems:
- Profile details including full name, email, phone number, and avatar
- Past ride history, searches, and route details
- GPS logs and historical location data
- For drivers: uploaded license, vehicle registration, and municipal permits
- Device push notification tokens and active authentication sessions
Data Retained for Legal Compliance
In accordance with applicable Turkish and international regulations:
- Financial invoices, payment transaction IDs, and accounting records must be retained for up to 10 years pursuant to the Turkish Tax Procedure Law No. 213 and the Turkish Commercial Code.
- Retained records are stored in secure, restricted archives solely for official audits and cannot be used for any operational or marketing purposes.
Processing Time & Support Contact
